Can I track my order?

What is the average time for shipping?

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. You should expect your order within 8 - 15 days after it has been processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Does it charge the Apple Watch?

No, as the Apple Watch is not Qi certified. The Bolt can charge the iWatch via a wired connection.

Does it charge Apple AirPods?

Yes, with their charging case. The Bolts can charge any Qi certified device.

Can it charge with any phone cases?

The Bolt can charge your device with most phone cases due to its raised, enamelled coil.

Please note that the thickness of the case should not exceed 6mm as the charging efficiency decreases.

We also recommend avoiding textured cases, as this effects the grip of the suction cups.

How long does it take to recharge The Bolt?

3 hours for a full charge with a fast-charging adapter via the usb-c port.  

With the provided Mirco USB cord, charging time is 5.5 -6 hours.

Is there a warranty?

Bolts Lab provides all of their customers with a 1 year warranty. This warranty does not include damages due to destruction or water/liquid damage.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you made your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
